EXHIBITIONS Michael Parkes has had one-man exhibitions at some of the world's most renowned and exclusive art fairs such as Basel Art in Switzerland, Art Chicago, Art Fair NY, Frankfurt Bookfair, Amsterdam Art Fair, Tefaf Art and Antiques Fair Maastricht. He also has had numerous one man shows for the past three decades in Amsterdam, New York and Paris. His work is eagerly awaited and is represented by galleries in Amsterdam, Paris, Denmark, New York, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and around the United States. In 2005 Michael was invited by the town hall of Sanary sur Mer, France, to be their guest of honor for a celebration of Magic Realism. The week long events were recorded by French national television. In 2007, Michael was the guest of honor and featured artist in the international show "Venus and the Female Intuition," exhibited in Denmark and Holland.
