Avalon Gallery strives to present on this website artwork with the most current and correct specifications and pricing. Depending on the monitor on which artwork is being viewed, images may vary in size and color. Image dimensions as stated are approximate, and do not include borders outside of the print image, matting, or framing.

To reflect an art market that is in a constant state of flux, Avalon Gallery issues regular updates to these web pages and reserves the right to correct and update any and all information at the gallery's discretion. Prices and availability of artwork are subject to change without notice, and can change overnight, potentially rendering an art piece no longer available at the time of ordering. Interest Free Layaway

Avalon Gallery offers its customers an in-house layaway program with no interest. Terms are flexible and may vary to accommodate the customer's needs. With the customer's authorization, Avalon Gallery will automatically debit monthly payments from the customer's credit card until the balance is paid in full. If desired, the balance may be paid sooner than the term specified on the purchase agreement. The gallery will hold the artwork until payments are completed, and arrange for shipping at that time. All layaway payments are non-refundable.

Import Taxes or Duties

Every country handles imported items at customs differently. Avalon Gallery therefore cannot accurately anticipate duties that may be imposed on a customer's shipment. As part of the export documentation, appropriate forms will be filed on this end which will state the full retail value of the art, and a copy of this declaration will accompany the shipment. The customer is recommended to contact the appropriate Commerce or Tax Authorities to determine what duties may apply to such imported artwork. Any duties will be collected from the customer at the time of delivery.

Shipping Policy

Avalon Gallery accepts online payments through the gallery's shopping cart for purchases of unframed artwork up to $5,000. Purchases over $5,000 require the customer to fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form completely and fax the form and requested documentation back to the gallery.

As a standard policy, the Avalon Gallery Shopping Cart is enabled for shipments to a physical address in the United States only. Please call the gallery if you would like to arrange a shipment outside the United States. Shipments overseas are handled case-by-case. All export documentation will be executed on this end. Cost for shipping overseas can range from $50.00 to $100.00 (or more). Please email or call the gallery for a quote.

Avalon Gallery uses UPS and FedEx to ship art within the continental United States.

  • All orders will be fully insured and shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx unless otherwise specified.
  • Cost for shipping unframed art is a flat fee of $35; please contact us for overseas rates.
  • Cost for shipping books USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail is $9.80; please contact us for overseas rates.
  • Unframed prints on paper or un-stretched canvases are shipped rolled in a heavy-duty shipping tube.
  • Cost for shipping framed art and stretched canvases ranges from $50 to $200 (or more). Please email or call Avalon Gallery for a quote at (831) 622-0830.
  • A 7.25% state sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within the state of California.
Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns or credits unless previously authorized by the gallery.
